Two men have lost their lives after a shooting in Brampton late Friday night, according to Peel Police.
Officers responded to the area of Rutherford Road and Weybridge Trail at around 10:30 p. m. following reports of gunfire in a school parking lot.
Peel Regional Police reported that two male victims were located with gunshot wounds. One of the victims managed to flee the scene before collapsing nearby.

During a press conference Saturday morning, Const. Laurie Mc Cann stated that the shooting stemmed from an altercation involving several individuals. The police suspect that one or more firearms were used during this incident. “It’s looking like it was a targeted incident, not random,” Const. Mc Cann said.
