Frontenac OPP report that the incident occurred just after 12:15 a. m. on Sunday, Jul. 27, 2025, on Wilmer Road in Perth Road Village.
The driver, who is a 28-year-old from Perth Road, was the only person in the vehicle. According to police, this individual was taken to the hospital with injuries described as life-altering and potentially life-threatening.
Emergency services from Perth County Paramedic Services, South Frontenac Fire and Rescue, along with OPP Technical Collision Investigators and a Reconstructionist responded to the scene.
Wilmer Road was closed for several hours while the initial investigation took place but has since been reopened.
