Authorities are on the lookout for three men following a stabbing that occurred in downtown Oshawa on Thursday night.
According to Durham Police, the victim and a companion were walking near Celina Street and Bruce Street at around 10:40 p. m. when they encountered the three suspects, who started a verbal confrontation with them.
During the altercation, one of the suspects stabbed the victim before all three fled the scene.
When police arrived, they found the victim with serious injuries. He was transported to a trauma center in Toronto and is currently reported to be in stable condition.
The first suspect is described as a white male. The second suspect is Black and approximately 5’6” tall, while the third suspect is described as a white male standing about 6 feet tall.
