Tracey Moore passed away unexpectedly at the age of 36 on February 6, 2026. She was a loving wife and best friend to Adam. A dedicated mother to her daughters Avery and Finley. She was a precious daughter to Russ and Linda Drouillard, and a daughter-in-law to Mike and Jennifer Moore. Tracey was a dear sister to Rob Drouillard (Kelly), and a sister-in-law to Greg Moore, as well as Eric Moore (Lexi Sobocan). She was a loving aunt to Remi, Rory, Savannah, and Hallie. Tracey was also cherished by her grandparents: Grandma Rose and Grandpa Paul (2021) Gervais, Mim Viola (2017) and Pip Leo (2008) Drouillard, Papa Mike Sr., Meme Shirley Moore, along with Nanny Barb and Poppy Don (2025) Snyder. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends will deeply miss her-especially her beloved dog Benny.

Tracey took great pride in her role as a caregiver and teacher. She devoted herself to children with special needs with remarkable grace and patience that seemed effortless for her. She had an incredible gift for truly listening. Whether it was a child needing comfort or a friend seeking understanding, Tracey offered her time without judgment or rush. She had an uncanny ability to see those who often went unnoticed and made it her mission to ensure no one felt excluded. Her compassion impacted many lives, making the world kinder for all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Her home served as her sanctuary-a place where she found peace. She appreciated the simple joys of being outdoors: soaking up the sun’s warmth, hearing laughter in the air, or enjoying leisurely chats with family and friends. Those quiet moments filled her heart in ways that words could hardly express.

Above everything else, Tracey’s greatest happiness came from her family. She wholeheartedly embraced being a devoted mother to Avery and Finley-loving them fiercely without limits. Each milestone or everyday moment became more special with her by their side. As Adam’s wife, she created a nurturing home filled with love and laughter; they were the center of her universe-her greatest achievement.

Tracey’s kindness, strength, and extraordinary talent for making others feel important will always be remembered. She’s left behind a legacy of love that will continue through the hearts of her children and family-and all those whose lives she touched with such grace.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude towards the entire staff at London Health Sciences – University Hospital for their care during Tracey’s illness. They showed unwavering dedication while supporting Tracey’s recovery journey; their genuine compassion provided immense comfort during an incredibly tough time for everyone involved. The team clearly cared deeply about Tracey’s well-being-they treated her with tenderness that mirrored how she treated others throughout life-which is something the family is truly thankful for. They would also like to extend special thanks to everyone who has reached out with condolences or support-every message or visit has meant so much during this difficult time when love from friends and community became essential strength.

In accordance with Tracey’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. Memorial visitation will occur at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – BANWELL CHAPEL located at 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519-253-7235) on Friday February 13th from 2-5 pm & 7-9 pm; visitation will resume Saturday February 14th from 9:30 am until time of Tracey’s Celebration of Life at 11:00 am.

To honor Tracey’s spirit of generosity alongside dedication towards helping others donations may be made in memory of hers toward Autism Services Incorporated online condolences & shared memories can be posted on www. windsorchapel. com
