We are heartbroken to share the news of Thomas Francis Ladouceur’s passing. Tom was preceded in death by his devoted wife Norma in 2023. He leaves behind his children John (Jake) (Licia), Sheri, and Jeff. Tom took immense pride in being a grandfather to Andre, Mitchel, Dante, Chantal, Devan, Jack, and Avery, as well as a great-grandfather to Brooklyn. He was also predeceased by his parents Jeanne and Francis Ladouceur along with his brothers Gary (Louise) and Bill (Sandy). He is survived by his two brothers Robert and Dan.

Tom had a rich life alongside Norma. He loved horses and traveling but above all adored spending time with his grandchildren who will miss him dearly. For 38 years, he worked in downtown Detroit, spending 17 of those years working closely with his father before retiring in 2011. The family wishes to express gratitude for the exceptional care provided at Jeanne Mance Hemodialysis over many years and appreciates the support from the renal team at Ontario health and home. A special thanks goes out to Bobbi-Jo and Erica for their compassionate care throughout the years.

A visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (South Chapel), located at 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 2:00 to 6:00 p. m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 10:30 a. m., followed by interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. The family would appreciate donations made to Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation ‘Renal Dialysis Fund.’
