With heavy hearts, we share the news of Anuj’s passing. He was a loving son, brother, and friend whose life, though too short, was filled with dreams, kindness, and warmth.
Anuj will be missed dearly by his two sisters, Priyanka and Monika, along with his caring parents, Surendera and Santosh Singh in India. They loved him immensely. He also leaves behind many close friends in Canada who became like family to him during his time away from home.
In December 2023, Anuj arrived in Canada full of courage and determination to pursue his MBA. He worked hard to support himself while studying, balancing his academic goals with long hours delivering for Uber Eats. His dedication to achieving his dreams was unwavering.
Anuj had a true love for cars – he enjoyed discussing them, admiring them, and dreaming about them. This passion reflected his lively personality and curiosity about life. Outside of classes and work, he valued the moments spent with friends that were filled with laughter and joy.
Those who knew Anuj remember him as one of the kindest people anyone could meet. He had a warm heart and a generous spirit that made others feel appreciated. His presence brought comfort to those around him, leaving an immense void in his absence.
Anuj’s journey took him far from home but he always kept strong connections with his loved ones. The outpouring of love from his community since he passed shows just how much he meant to everyone.
His family in India and friends in Canada will feel this loss deeply. His dreams, kindness, and memory will continue to live on in all who knew him.
In place of flowers, a Go Fund Me has been set up to help bring Anuj back home to his family in India. Those wishing to contribute can do so at: https://gofund. me/3c14d4278
