BURLINGTON, ON

Things didn’t quite go as planned for Rory Nisan. He arrived at the Oakville Film Festival dressed in a suit and tie, hoping to get a moment on stage.

MP Effie Triantafilopoulos and MPP Natalie Pierre took their few minutes at the podium.

Ward 3 Councillor Rory Nisan. Wants to be Mayor.

The Mayor Meed Ward participated virtually and shared her thoughts.

Nisan only received a brief mention and got to wave from his seat.

He didn’t stick around for much of the OFFA presentation.

Nisan is currently focused on getting elected.
