Three people have been stabbed and two men are being sought after an overnight incident reported at a bar in Whitby, Ont.
Durham Regional Police said just after midnight on Saturday, officers were called to the Tap and Tankard bar on Brock Street. When they arrived, they found three people with stab wounds.
Two were taken to a trauma centre and are in stable condition, police said. The third sustained minor injuries and is recovering.
Police stated that a search for two male suspects involving a tactical unit and K9 was unsuccessful. Investigators are now asking for information from the public as they continue to look for the two men, both of whom are thought to be in their 20s.
