Reports of a naked man wandering through north Whitby early Friday morning have led police to search for a vulnerable “suspicious” individual, described as being between 75 and 80 years old.

Durham Police are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating the man, who was spotted walking “with no clothing” on both Fifewood Crescent and Chipperfield Crescent between 1 a. m. and 1:20 a. m.

The police are worried about the man’s safety and well-being, asking anyone with information to reach out to investigators. The man is described as white, aged 75-80 years old, standing between 5’10” and 6’ tall. He has a slim build, short grey hair, and a clean-shaven face.

Anyone who may have seen this man or has any details is urged to contact police at (905) 579-1520.
