The hitmen came in from outside the area.
On May 13 at approximately 5:30 p. m., two men were found dead on the driveway of a home near Kaiser Dr. and Forest Dr.
One of the victims was Pasquale (Squals) Casciato, 49, who was part of the resurgent outlaw Satan’s Choice Motorcycle Club. The other victim was Christian Belsito, 34, a neighbor thought to be an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire.
Underworld retribution?
Casciato had previously been with arch-rival Hells Angels, and over two dozen bullets were fired on that suburban street.
Now, York Regional Police have arrested two men linked to this underworld retaliation and are looking for a third suspect.

Officers were sent to Huntington Rd. and Kirby Rd. after reports surfaced about a blue sport utility vehicle (SUV) that had been abandoned and set on fire. Detectives confirmed that this SUV was used by the suspects before and after the shooting.
The vehicle had been reported stolen from Toronto.
Cops raid homes in Toronto, Hamilton, Windsor
According to police, on Thursday they executed a search warrant at a home in Toronto where they seized a loaded firearm. They also recovered materials thought to be used for making explosives including a detonator, pipe, bolts, and Tannerite.
The next day, officers conducted search warrants in Windsor and Hamilton with help from local police tactical units. These searches resulted in finding three more firearms along with an extended magazine.
The hunt continues for Gerard Murray, 48, from Windsor, who is wanted concerning the double murder. He remains at large as authorities have not yet located him.
Murray is known to frequent areas between southwestern Ontario like Windsor and the Greater Toronto Area. Investigators are releasing his photo and asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward. He faces charges of two counts of first-degree murder as well as arson causing property damage.

Also facing charges is Michele Moscone , 27 , suspected of being behind explosive devices. Besides two counts of first-degree murder plus arson , he’s charged with possession of an explosive substance along with several firearms-related offenses. p >
Glen Mousseau , 55 , from Windsor stands out among this group. With 47 convictions spanning an impressive criminal career over 32 years , he faces charges for accessory after fact related to murder , arson , along with firearms offenses. p >
Mousseau gained notoriety as a clever drug smuggler who employed mini-submarines for transporting drugs and cash across Detroit River into U. S. His operations came crashing down when he was arrested in 2019 leading him to serve six years federal prison sentence starting 2021. p >

Mousseau was apprehended after authorities discovered him unconscious floating nearby Detroit River while tethered to hefty load weighing about 185 pounds filled with marijuana. Law enforcement nicknamed him Scuba Steve during this incident. p >
Prosecutors revealed Mousseau’s smuggling operation depended on using Seabob-Jets – egg-shaped electric scooters fitted with Wi-Fi allowing them reach speeds over thirteen miles per hour quietly underwater while equipped cameras served lookout duty too.
