A collision between two SUVs on Highway 400 southbound near Rutherford Road has led to two individuals being hospitalized and caused traffic delays during the Monday morning commute.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that the accident resulted in the closure of three right lanes on this busy highway. The details regarding the injuries of those taken to the hospital have not been confirmed yet.
The lanes were reopened early Monday morning, according to OPP.
This incident created a short traffic backup in the area, and drivers were advised to expect delays and consider taking different routes.
