Staff Photo The latest Running with the Bulls in Tillsonburg saw 457 runners come together to support the Kindred Foundation. TILLSONBURG – This year’s Running with the Bulls was a fantastic event. More than 450 runners participated, contributing to fundraising efforts for Kindred Foundation, which supports cancer research and programs throughout Canada. Organizer Tamara Bull shared how much money they raised this year. “So, this year, we raised just over $28,000. I was hoping to hit a cumulative amount over three years of $75,000. And in the end, we raised $80,589.14.” Bull aims to surpass $100,000 as they prepare for the fourth annual event next year. She reflects on how much it has grown since it started. “The first year that I did it, I had 222 participants. Last year I had 375, and this year 457.” Bull is optimistic about continued growth in participation. The 4th annual Running with the Bulls is set for July 17, 2027, with registration expected to open later this year. Source link
