Criminal Code:

Failure or refusal to comply with demand; Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code;

The accused has been released from custody and is set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on April 29th, 2026.

The OPP is dedicated to ensuring safety for everyone using Ontario’s roads. Citizens are encouraged to report impaired driving by calling 911 during emergencies. Reports of impaired, aggressive, or careless driving can also be made by calling 1-888-310-1122.
