Police say two folks have been charged with homicide after an arson at a house north of Toronto left two folks dead, together with an 11-year-old woman. The lethal fireplace at a Richmond Hill, Ont., residence in September additionally critically injured three different residents. York Regional Police say a 30-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman, each from Toronto, have now been arrested within the case.
