The final two draws are coming up, and the teams that will qualify for weekend play at the Port Elgin Chrysler 23 Ontario Tankard and Scotties presented by Bruce Power are still being decided.

Scotties Pool A
Team Inglis is in the lead with a perfect record of 4-0, facing Rachel Homan at 930am on Friday for their last game. If Homan wins, both she and Inglis will end up with records of 4-1.
Due to health precautions, team Warriner withdrew on Thursday, which means Team Harrison will also finish with a record of 4-1, potentially creating a three-way tie for the two qualifying spots.

Scotties Pool B
Currently leading the pool is Team Duncan with a record of 4-1.
Team Howard follows closely in second place at 3-1. Howard’s next match is against third-place Wasylkiw at 930am. If Howard wins, they’ll tie for first place with a record of 4-1. If Wasylkiw wins, she’ll be tied for second alongside Team Howard with a record of 3-2.

Tankard Pool A
Team Mc Ewen holds the top spot with an undefeated record of 4-0. Their final match is Friday at 230pm against Mooibroek. A win would secure Mc Ewen’s first place in the pool; if Mooibroek takes the win, he would tie for first place with Mc Ewen.
Tied for second are Team Epping with a record of 3-1. Epping’s last game is also scheduled for Friday at 230pm against Camm. Winning would elevate Epping to a potential three-way tie for first in their pool.

Tankard Pool B
Leading this pool is Team Howard with a perfect score of 4-0. They’ll face off against Ferris on Friday morning at 930am.
In second position is Team Fournier sitting at 3-1; they play Team Rooney later that day at 230pm.
Team Ferris has a record of 2-2 and will also take on Team Howard Friday morning.

The last two rounds of round robin matches will take place at The Plex in Port Elgin on Friday at times set for 930am and 230pm. Tickets can be purchased at the gate as you enter the venue.

This Saturday and Sunday are currently marked as Sold Out; however, if there’s room after the first end plays out, tickets might be available again at the gate.
