Tragic Collision Claims Two Lives in North Perth

Provincial police report that two individuals have died and a teenager has been injured following a two-vehicle accident in North Perth, Ont., on Saturday evening.

Authorities say emergency services were dispatched to the location on Perth Line 86 shortly after 8:30 p. m.

The incident involved a car and a pickup truck, both of which sustained significant damage.

Officials confirmed that the two people in the car, aged 75 and 72, were declared deceased at the scene.

The 17-year-old driver of the pickup was transported to a hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.

Police state that an investigation into the circumstances of the crash is currently underway.
