Photo via OPP Lanark OPP have arrested one individual related to a homicide investigation in Perth. Officers responded to Last Duel Park around 3:15 p. m. on April 12, where they found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries. The victim has been identified as 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards from Ottawa, who was taken to a trauma center but later pronounced dead. On Tuesday, May 12, police reported that Michael Lewis, 46, from Perth has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. He is currently in custody and set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Tuesday, May 12. Authorities have also issued warrants for Joseph Madore, 34, and Brayton Kennedy, 28, both hailing from Ottawa. Each of them faces charges of second-degree murder. Police have advised the public not to approach either suspect if spotted. Investigators believe Madore might be in British Columbia and has connections in Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Terrace. Authorities mentioned that Kennedy may be traveling with him or could still be in the Ottawa area. The Lanark County OPP is leading the investigation under the guidance of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, with help from the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
