A 46-year-old man is charged with attempted murder after three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries in Perth, Ont. early Sunday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police answered calls about a man wielding a weapon outside a home on Brock Street South around 3 a. m. At the scene, officers found one man and two women suffering from serious injuries.
The women were rushed to a local hospital while the man was airlifted to Kingston General Hospital via ambulance.
Douglas Schuyler now faces three counts of attempted murder along with one count of possessing a restricted or prohibited weapon.
Authorities stated that the accused will remain in custody as he waits for his bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice.
