Perth County is letting business owners know about the Ontario Job Grant designed to assist with employee training.

Businesses can receive up to $10,000 per employee to help build their workforce, improve skills, and adapt to changing industry demands.

If you have fewer than 100 employees, you might only need to cover one sixth of the training costs. Plus, you could get up to 100 percent funding and $15,000 per trainee when hiring individuals who were previously unemployed.

Perth County highlights that this program is a great chance to boost workforce skills while lowering training costs.
