Police Seek Suspect in Pickering Car Fire

Authorities are looking for a person they believe intentionally set a car on fire in a driveway in Pickering.

The incident took place around 1:20 a. m. on December 23, near Pisces Trail and Burkholder Drive, close to Taunton Road and Whites Road.

Officials report that no one was inside the parked vehicle and fortunately, there were no injuries.

The suspect is described as male, about 6′ tall, and between 30 and 40 years old. He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, track pants, and black and white Jordan shoes.

If you were in the area between 12:30 a. m. and 2 a. m. that day and have any video footage, please reach out to the police.
