Durham Region officials have announced that the Ontario Works office at Midtown Mall in Oshawa is closed temporarily because of flooding.

The region mentioned on its website that a team is “actively assessing” the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Clients of Ontario Works, located just west of downtown on John Street, can call 311 for further details.
