We are saddened to share that our dear mother, Violet M. Hurley, age 100, of Little Canada, MN has passed away.

She left us peacefully on December 9, 2025.

Violet was born on July 11, 1925 to Charles and Ione Bogie in Glenwood, MN. After graduating from Glenwood High School, she moved to St. Paul where she met her loving husband, Patrick O. Hurley. Together they raised five children: Barbara, Patricia, Karen, Terry, and Robin.

Violet is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Ione Bogie; her devoted husband Patrick “Pat” Hurley; her son Terry Hurley; and her five brothers Clint, Dave, Jim, Wylee, and Gary Bogie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 30 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church located at 380 E. Little Canada Road. There will be a visitation from 10-11 AM at the church.

We love you mom and we are going to miss you.

– your family
