HIGGINBOTTOM, Scott Michael Tragically passed away on November 24, 2008 at just 20 years old. He was the loving son of Patricia “Trish” Mio and her husband Rennie from Lighthouse Cove, Ontario; and the son of Mr. Scott Higginbottom (Stephanie Ducharme) from Windsor. He was a caring brother to Hunter, Faith, Paige Higginbottom, along with Olivia and Julian Mio. He had a close friendship with Cassie Ducharme. Scott was a treasured grandson of Bob and Dolores Christmas from Lighthouse Cove; Mr. Giovanni Mio from Windsor; and Gary and Isabelle Higginbottom. He was also a precious great-grandson of Mrs. Alice Christmas from Tilbury and Ann Mc Donald from Windsor. He leaves behind his beloved aunts and uncles: Kathy Christmas and Wendy Truant from Mc Gregor, Ont.; Janice Christmas; Robert Christmas and Dan Moore from Hamilton; Eddie Mio and his wife Kathleen from Bloomfield Hills Mich.; John and his wife Marie Mio from Edmonton; Carmen and Greg Badder, along with Brian Higginbottom. Many cousins also survive him. Friends can pay their respects at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd., East on Thursday November 27, 2008 from 2-5 & 7-9 p. m. The funeral service will be held Friday November 28, 2008 at 10:00 a. m. in the Chapel with Rev Fr. Lance Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Online condolences and shared memories can be submitted at www. windsorchapel. com.
