Alexander “Al/Alex” Morrison
October 9, 1937 – April 22, 2026
Alexander “Al/Alex” Morrison passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Shirley May (Grosse, 2012); his son Alex (1989); infant daughter June; grandson Alex (1981); and his parents Alexander (1993) and Myrel (Dancey, 2013). He is survived by his children Michael (Dawn), Penny and Helen; his siblings Bill (Mary), Judy St. Pierre (Rosaire, 2010), Linda Hancock and Suzanne (Bob); along with nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Alex will be fondly remembered by Jo-Anne Drouillard and family, as well as by his extended family at the Village of St. Clair. The staff on Oldcastle took care of him like their own. A special thank you to Angela for being by his side at the end.
A visitation will be held Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (CENTRAL) 519-253-7234, located at 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. A Chapel Service will take place Monday, April 27, 2026 at 10am in the chapel. Interment will follow at Our Lady of The Lake Cemetery on Drouillard Rd.
