Mary Elizabeth Topp
(nee Woolner)

Mary passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Elginwood Long Term Care in Richmond Hill on Friday, November 4, 2016, at the age of 89. Betty was a loving wife to the late John Topp and a wonderful mother to Robert and Joanne Bonner (Richard). She was also a dear grandmother to Andrew Topp, Jennifer Zielke (Jamie), Kris, Kyle, and Colin Bonner. She enjoyed being a great-grandmother to four children. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Annie Woolner. Betty loved sports and was an active member of the Collingwood Adult Skating Club and the Collingwood Lawn Bowling Club. She had a sharp memory and played Bridge with the Blue Mountain Bridge Club. Betty will be missed by everyone who knew her. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 1:00 p. m., with visitation one hour prior at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
