Louella Love-Heinrich, age 55, from Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away peacefully at the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital with her family by her side on August 12, 2026. Born on July 2, 1971, in Thunder Bay, she was raised and educated there. Louella attended Confederation College to become a medical secretary and truly enjoyed her work until health issues forced her into retirement.
She is survived by her spouse Mark, children Jacob (Teagan), and her two lovely grandchildren Violet and Olive. Her sister Melissa and nieces Kristie and Kimberly also survive her. Additionally, she leaves behind her mother Winnifred. There were many special people in Louella’s life including Aunt Patricia (Herbert) Hendrickson, cousin Shellie Grenier, and Auntie Judy (Steven) Wrightson.
Louella was preceded in death by her grandfather Osmo Falden and grandmother Alice O Love.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the doctors and nurses in the ER and on floor 2A, as well as those in ICU for your kindness and professionalism while caring for Louella and supporting the family. Thank you.
Louella will always be remembered in my thoughts and heart; she’ll be loved and missed until we meet again.
