Catherine Anne Taterus from New Cumberland, PA passed away on July 18, 2026.
She was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on November 30, 1944, to the late Eric Delves and Elizabeth Delves of Victoria, British Columbia. Her brother Derek William Delves lives in Victoria, BC. Her sister Barbara Doreen Watson is in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
Catherine graduated from John Rennie High School in Pointe Claire, Quebec in June 1961.
She completed a bilingual commercial course at St. Angela Academy of the Sisters of Saint Anne in Montreal during 1963 and 1964 and received her diploma in June 1964.
Catherine married Leon (Terry) Taterus in January 1969 and moved to Harrisburg, PA (Colonial Park). She was preceded in death by her husband Terry.
She is survived by her daughter Melanie Walters of Palm Harbor, FL; son Stephen Taterus and his partner Theresa Cipolla of Camp Hill, PA; son Kevin and his wife Gina Taterus of Alexander, NC; her grandson Quinn and granddaughter Genevieve. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Ronald Taterus and his wife Celeste from Hazel Township, PA; niece Jane Watson Bouchard from Ontario; nephew David Watson from Ontario; and niece Shannon Delves from British Columbia. Everyone will miss her dearly including her rescued dog Toto whom she loved very much.
After retiring from Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Catherine enjoyed traveling for fly fishing trips with her husband and visiting family members in Ontario, British Columbia and Florida.
