A 44-year-old man from Bradford has been charged with voyeurism after an investigation took place in Markham.
York Region police say they were alerted at the end of February that someone had used a hidden camera inside a woman’s washroom, and one of the locations in the video was connected to the suspect’s job.
Investigators also found out that the man had videos showing victims engaged in consensual sexual acts, but it’s unclear if those involved knew they were being recorded.
The timestamps on these videos go back several years.
Robin Cleland now faces five counts of voyeurism.
Authorities have shared his photo because they think there might be more victims out there. They are urging anyone with information to step forward.
