Police in southern Ontario report that the driver of an SUV involved in a crash that took the lives of five young siblings has died from his injuries in the hospital.
The Brampton man was alone in the SUV when it collided with a passenger van carrying 10 people, which included a family from Elmira, Ont., last week.

In a news release today, Ontario Provincial Police confirmed that the 42-year-old passed away in hospital on Friday.
Four girls and one boy aged between four and 12 lost their lives in the crash on June 12.
Investigators noted that an infant, along with the children’s parents and two older adults, suffered injuries ranging from minor to serious.
A funeral service for the children is set for Saturday afternoon.
