1. Science Rendezvous Kingston 2026

Saturday, 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. at the Slush Puppie Place, 1 Tragically Hip Way: A free annual science festival for families in Southeastern Ontario hosted by Queen’s University. The theme for this year is IGNITE and there will be over 60 interactive booths, chemistry experiments, physics demonstrations, robots, and three exciting science stage shows with demonstrations and audience participation. 2. The Mom Market at Cataraqui Centre

Saturday, 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. at Cataraqui Centre, located at 945 Gardiners Rd.: The Mom Market Kingston is excited about its new chapter this year! In 2026 it’s taking over a large market space inside Cataraqui Centre that spans over 10,000 sq ft., allowing them to host more than thirty vendors right where Hudson’s Bay used to be on the lower level. This upgraded market experience aims to highlight local small businesses with great visibility and high foot traffic – all set in a beautifully designed family-friendly environment. 3. Dollhouse and Miniatures Show and Sale

Saturday, from 10 a. m. until 4:30 p. m., at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour located at 53 Yonge St.: This biennial show is organized by Miniature Enthusiasts of Kingston and Area. Join their scavenger hunt where you’ll find full-sized items displayed on tables along with miniature versions hidden throughout! Everyone who participates will get a prize too! Dealers come here from all over Ontario and beyond. Admission costs $10 or $25 for families (strollers are welcome). It’s cash only at the door but there’s an ATM available on site.
