This milestone signifies an important step in Atom Vie’s journey to turn clinical success into effective therapies for patients around the globe.
A unique success story, Atom Vie originated from the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization (CPDC), which is part of Mc Master University aimed at enhancing Canada’s role in radiopharmaceutical innovation and production. Currently, Atom Vie employs a growing team of skilled professionals and aims to have over 200 employees by late 2026 as operations expand at this new site.
Drawing on over ten years of experience along with recognized expertise in process and analytical method development, Atom Vie has assisted more than 70 clinical development programs and technology transfers. They have produced over 1,000 c GMP batches and supplied more than 4,400 c GMP doses to patients across 28 countries on six continents with a delivery success rate surpassing 99%. With this latest facility, Atom Vie is set up well to increase production alongside its partners from clinical trials through to commercial manufacture.
