Rose Towers will consist of four high-rise buildings, each standing between 26 and 30 storeys tall, located at 241 Queen St. E. in Brampton.

Construction has officially started on four new high-rise apartment towers that will add nearly 1,300 rental units to Brampton.

This development, known as Rose Towers, includes four buildings ranging from 26 to 30 storeys at the address of 241 Queen St. E. in Brampton. Each building will have retail spaces on the ground floor and amenities for residents on the second floor.

The developers, Skyline and Solmar Development Corp., held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday to mark the start of construction. Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown stated that projects like Rose Towers “are critical to keeping pace with Brampton’s rapid growth.”

“Adding new rental housing along the Queen Street Corridor supports our long‑term planning priorities and adds much-needed rental homes in a key urban area in our city,” Brown mentioned in a press release.

The developers noted that Rose Towers will feature 1,290 units designated solely for rental purposes. A previous proposal for this site included a set of four 35-storey towers with over 1,500 apartments.

According to the developers, Rose Towers will offer open-concept suites “with high-quality finishes designed for modern renters,” alongside outdoor common areas, fitness centers, lounges, BBQ spaces, pet wash stations, and three levels of underground parking.

This project is situated within Brampton’s Queen Street Corridor and is just under two kilometers from Highway 410.

Skyline reports that they have completed 600 apartments across Ontario with an additional 1,350 currently being built and over 3,000 more planned for future development.
