One person has died following a shooting incident in Brampton, according to INsauga. com.

Peel Regional Police report that the shooting occurred around 7:10 p. m. near Sandalwood Parkway and Crown Victoria Drive in Brampton. Authorities state that one individual was shot, and paramedics confirmed that a male victim has passed away. The victim’s age remains undisclosed.

Police indicated that the suspect fled the scene, and residents should expect a strong police presence in the neighborhood while the investigation is ongoing.

Details about the suspect have not yet been made public.
