It’s been over ten years since the heartbreaking case of Jaimee Lee Miller, a 30-year-old mother of three from Barrie, Ontario. Even after thorough investigations, her murderer is still unknown, and law enforcement is reaching out to the public once again for any leads. Jaimee was last spotted on October 12, 2015, and her family reported her missing to the Barrie police on November 2, 2015. Sadly, her remains were found on March 16, 2016, in the Simcoe County Forest near Gill Road and south of Hillview Crescent in Springwater Township.
An autopsy confirmed that she died from homicide. The Ontario Provincial Police Criminal Investigation Branch is still working on the case, hoping that fresh tips may finally bring peace to Jaimee’s family. To encourage information sharing, police are offering a reward of $50,000 for details that lead to a conviction.
