Taste of the Valley is an indoor/outdoor market series that highlights everything grown, made, and created within Renfrew County. These events feature a wide range of vendors including farmers, food and drink producers, artists and artisans from all over Renfrew County as well as Pembroke.
Local vendors eagerly await these events because they elevate local farmers’ markets and artisan shows by attracting more participants and larger crowds. The gatherings are marketed to both residents and visitors across Ottawa Valley and Eastern Ontario with free admission offered to everyone.
Vendors wanting to join Taste of the Valley in 2023 should submit their applications by Friday, July 7, 2023. Details about vendor fees, guidelines, and application forms can be found online at www. TOTV. ca.
“Taste of the Valley markets are a lot of fun. They feature big crowds, lots of friends and great sales,” says local farmer and long-time Taste of the Valley vendor Marshall Buchanan from Ottawa Valley Farm to Fork.
“The Taste of the Valley event series is our signature showcase of all things grown, made and created within Renfrew County,” notes David Wybou, Business Development Officer with the County’s Economic Development Division. “The events focus on taste by celebrating local food along with handcrafted products and art.”
