Photo via OPP Lanark OPP have identified two suspects related to the death of an Ottawa man at Last Duel Park in Perth on April 12. On Tuesday, April 28, police announced that arrest warrants were issued for Joseph Madore, 34, and Brayton Kennedy, 28, both from Ottawa. They face charges of second-degree murder in connection with the death of Christo Allison Richards, 34, also from Ottawa. He was taken to a trauma centre where he was later pronounced dead. Authorities are advising the public not to approach the suspects if they are spotted. The investigation is being led by Lanark OPP with support from the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, along with the Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service. The OPP Emergency Response Team, OPP Forensic Identification Services, and the OPP East Region Regional Support Team are also assisting.
