Missing Patient from Ontario Shores Last Seen in Whitby

Durham police are looking for a missing patient from Ontario Shores who is wanted on a Warrant of Committal.

Howard Ross Kelly, 70, was last spotted around 2 p. m. on Tuesday at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences located at 700 Gordon Street in Whitby.

He may be in the Scarborough area.

Kelly is described as a male, White, about 6’2″ tall, weighing around 180 lbs., balding with short grey hair and unshaven. He was last seen wearing an Adidas hat, a red jacket, and black pants.
