Patricia Ferri passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026 at the age of 76. She was the loving wife of the late Loreto (2022) for 57 years. Patricia was a devoted mother to Johnny (Tanya) and Diana Leonardi (Marc). She was also a cherished Nonna to Gianni, Alessia, Max, and Matthew.

Born in Posta Fibreno, Frosinone Italy, she was the daughter of Michele and Italia Farina. She had a close bond with her brother Domenic Farina (Lydia) and is survived by her nieces Michelle Farina and Nancy Cyrenne (Mark), along with being a great-aunt to Domenic, Sammy, Eadee, and Adalyn.

Patricia adored her family; her grandchildren brought her immense happiness. Being there for others made her feel fulfilled. Whether she was cooking up delicious meals or catching up over coffee or on the phone, she always found time for loved ones. Those who knew her well will remember how she always had treats ready for her beloved puppy Chicho.

She enjoyed cooking and cherishing moments with her grandchildren. On any given day, you could find her shopping or having coffee chats with dear friends while getting ready for their visits. Her kindness and sweet nature meant that everyone will miss her joyful spirit and funny stories.

The visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home located at 3048 Dougall Ave., 519-253-7236 on Friday May 1 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday starting at 10:30am until the Funeral Service in the chapel on Saturday May 2, 2026 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
