Patterson, Anne Elizabeth (nee. Downer) passed away after a brave fight with Pulmonary Hypertension that lasted over 10 years. She lost her battle following a double lung transplant on Friday June 12, 2015, at the age of 52. She was the daughter of loving mother Hilda and her husband Wayne Noble, and her late father Harry Downer. Anne was married to Doug Patterson and was the proud mother of Sarah and Erin. She will be deeply missed by her brother David (Janet) Downer and their children Kate & Victoria, her sister Sandra (Michael) Christie and their kids Kelly & Rachel, Anne Noble and her children Maggie & Abbey, uncle Ken Skinner and his son Michael, uncle Wally Downer along with sons Rob & Mike, cousins John Downer, Brian, Colin, John, Holly, Barry, Brad Skinner and their families. Many friends from the community will remember her fondly. A celebration of life is planned for 1:30 p. m. on Sunday June 28, 2015 at the Royal Canadian Legion – Collingwood with a reception to follow.
