Public outdoor swimming pools will be open all around the city, along with recreational swimming available at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre. Neighborhood splash pads will also be operational. Take a train ride or hop on a bouncy lily pad at Storybook Gardens in Springbank Park from 10 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. The London Children’s Museum is welcoming visitors and offering an open studio in their Discovery Lab. If you’re seeking some fun, both East Park and Boler Mountain will be open on Monday. City-run golf courses will welcome golfers as well. The Central Branch of the London Public Library will be closed for the holiday. Rib Fest is taking place at Victoria Park with delicious food options, entertainment, and line dancing activities. White Oaks Mall, CF Masonville Mall, and Westmount Shopping Centre will have reduced hours for the holiday but will be open for business. Coven Garden Market will not be operating on this day. Some liquor stores, beer outlets, and grocery shops might have altered hours or could be closed altogether. Be sure to check with your local store for details.
