We are saddened to share that Ken Parent has passed away at the age of 73. He is now reunited with his parents, Loraine and Barnaby, along with his brother Tony. He was a loving father to Benjamin (Nicole) and Corey (Carolyn), a caring grandfather to Taylor (Andrew), Ayden, Cole, Cloe, and Caleb, and a great grandfather to Norah. He is survived by his siblings Elaine (Don) Damphouse, Roland (Josie) Parent, Anne Beausoleil, Tim (Sol) Parent, David Parent, and sister-in-law Carol. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Kenny was a golf champion in Essex County and an active member of his community who enjoyed helping others. He played an important role as a pioneer and longtime member of the Second Chance Ministry and Brentwood Recovery Home. In his spare time, he loved taking walks in nature and playing golf.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to his nephew John Parent for being so kind and supportive during this difficult time.

Arrangements have been made through Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235). Visitation will take place at St. Anne’s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Wednesday November 5th, 2025 from 10am until the funeral Mass begins at 11am. Online condolences and fond memories can be shared with the family at www. windsorchapel. com.
