A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Oakville on Tuesday evening.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of the collision between a motorcycle and a silver sedan at Dundas Street and Eighth Line around 6:43 p. m. on Sept. 29, according to Halton Regional Police.
The motorcyclist was declared dead at the scene, police stated.
Authorities have not released the name of the motorcyclist or additional details about what happened.
Roads were closed for several hours after the incident but have now been reopened.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit is handling the investigation, police noted.
