Provincial police report that they pulled over a driver going 205 km/h in Vaughan early Saturday morning.
The Ontario Provincial Police’s Highway 407 detachment stated they stopped an Audi on Pine Valley Drive just after 1:35 a. m.
Officers also gave the driver a breathalyzer test and indicated he showed an alert result.
A man, aged 40, from Pickering was charged with careless driving, speeding, and stunt driving. His license has been suspended for 30 days, and his Audi will be towed for two weeks.
“Please slow down and don’t drink and drive,” provincial police advised in a social media message.
