Jim Naylor passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on September 19, 2026. He is now reunited with his loving wife of more than 60 years, Hilda Patricia (nee Seguin) (2022). He was a caring father to Craig (Joanne Braccio-Naylor) and a devoted grandfather to Nicholas and Kayla Mc Callum (Andrew). Jim took pride in being a great-grandfather to Carter, Isabella, Lucas, Jaxson, and Matteo. He was predeceased by his mother Marie Naylor (nee Hebert) and sister Doris Marchand (Jim). Many nieces, nephews, and extended family will miss him dearly.
Jim dedicated 43 years to a fulfilling career in accounting. Aside from work, he enjoyed tap dancing and shared his passion by teaching across Canada and the United States. He loved spending time on the golf course and appreciating nature’s beauty. People will remember him for his kind spirit and great sense of humor.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the wonderful staff at Extendicare Tecumseh for their exceptional care, compassion, and commitment towards Jim. Your kindness will always be appreciated.
In accordance with Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Memorial Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – BANWELL CHAPEL, 11677 Tecumseh St. E. (519-253-7235), on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 6-9 pm. A Memorial Service is set for Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:30 am in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
