Doris Jean Mc Cutcheon
Doris Jean Mc Cutcheon (nee Paquette) passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the age of 93. She was the loving wife of the late Norman Mc Cutcheon. Doris was a devoted mother to Bert Mc Cutcheon (Judy), Guy Mc Cutcheon (Heidi), Glenn Mc Cutcheon (Brenda), and Kirk Mc Cutcheon (Denise), all from Petawawa. She is also survived by her sons Earl Mc Cutcheon (Mary-Lou) from Edmonton and Wade Mc Cutcheon (Vanessa) and Scott Mc Cutcheon (Maria), both from Petawawa. Doris took great joy in her family as a grandmother to 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was a dear sister to Barbara Trenhaile from Pembroke and Edmond Paquette from Petawawa.
Doris was predeceased by her brother Earl Paquette as well as her parents Wilfred and Anna (nee Gagnon) Paquette.
Friends are welcome to join the family for visitation at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, located at 296 Isabella Street in Pembroke on Tuesday, August 25, from 2 – 4 p. m. and again from 6 – 8 p. m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 26 at 10:30 a. m. in Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 11 Mohns Avenue in Petawawa. Burial will follow at St. Columba’s Cemetery.
