Provincial police seized around $1 million worth of drugs, cash, firearms, and stolen items while charging seven individuals in an extensive investigation that covered much of southwestern Ontario, officials announced on Monday.
This investigation started back in January of 2026 and focused on two separate criminal groups, according to the OPP. One group was active in London and the nearby Oneida Nation of the Thames, while the other operated within the Brantford area.
The seven suspects face a combined total of 64 charges, police reported.
Three suspects hail from London, one from Southwold, and three from Brantford. Authorities stated that two individuals – one from London and another from Brantford – are still at large and wanted under warrant.
On July 7, search warrants were executed at four sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. Then on August 12, police searched residences in London as well as on the Oneida Nation of the Thames.
The searches led to the recovery of:
6.5 kg of suspected fentanyl.
4.2 kg of suspected cocaine.
2.5 kg of suspected methamphetamine.
More than $73,500.
A handgun with an auto-switch.
A rifle.
Three prohibited magazines including an over-capacity drum magazine.
Ammunition.
Brass knuckles.
Drug trafficking gear.
Two stolen camper trailers.
A stolen 2019 Honda Civic. Police estimate that the street value of the seized drugs exceeds $913,000 and that the stolen items are worth over $100,000. “The quantity of fentanyl seized represents approximately 65,000 potentially lethal street-level doses,” police wrote in their announcement.![]()

The charges against those involved range from firearm offenses to drug trafficking and possession of stolen property.
Authorities encourage anyone with information regarding illegal firearms or drug manufacturing networks to reach out directly or contact Crime Stoppers to provide an anonymous tip.
