Halton Regional Police are reaching out to the public again as they continue their investigation into the unfortunate shooting of Baljeet ‘Bally’ Toki, a 43-year-old business owner, which took place on March 22, 2025. The incident happened at Toki’s shop, Montagio Custom Tailoring, located at 145 Lakeshore Road East in Oakville. Recently released security footage shows three men arriving and leaving the business on that day.
These suspects were spotted coming and going in a black Kia Forte. Authorities describe the first suspect as a man who is six feet tall with a slim build, wearing a grey sports jacket and a distinctive baseball cap. The second and third suspects also have slim builds; one was wearing a blue hoodie while the other was dressed in dark attire with unique red-laced black shoes.
