The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying three men who were seen entering a business in Oakville on the day a 43-year-old man was found dead.
Police received a call about Montagio Custom Tailoring located at 145 Lakeshore Road East, Suite 301, around 5:30 p. m. on March 22, 2025, after a deceased man was found inside the premises. This death has since been ruled a homicide, and the victim was identified as Baljeet “Bally” Toki, age 43, from Oakville.
Investigators from the HRPS Major Crime Bureau have obtained security footage that shows three men entering the building through an alleyway door at roughly 12:06 p. m. They were seen leaving around 1:39 p. m.
The first suspect is described as a white male who is over six feet tall with a slim build and short hair. He was wearing a grey sports or suit jacket, dark pants, and white high-top shoes while carrying a gift bag with yellow tissue paper. Police also noted he wore a distinctive baseball-style cap featuring a camouflage-patterned back, dark front and a circular logo.
The second suspect is described as a Black male with a slim build and shorter than the first suspect. He had on a blue hoodie, dark pants, and white shoes.
The third suspect is also described as a Black male with a slim build and similar height to the second suspect. He wore dark clothing along with black shoes that had unique red laces and carried a cross-body bag that had a red stripe down the middle of its strap.
The police report indicates all three suspects arrived at and departed from the area in a black Kia Forte.
