During a recent visit to the upgraded air defense battalions of the IRGC, Brigadier General Hassan Hassanzadeh, who leads the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps’ Muhammad Rasulullah (PBUH) Division in Tehran, stated, “The United States and the Zionist regime have completely failed to achieve their objectives against the Islamic Republic.”
He pointed out that the widespread support and overall readiness of the Basij (voluntary forces) have positioned Iran as “one of the main powers of the region and the world.”
General Hassanzadeh also mentioned that leaders in the US and the Zionist regime now face challenges in explaining their ongoing failures to public opinion, elites, and their own citizens.
