May 21, 1936 – July 31, 2026
We are heartbroken to share the news of William Bernard “Bernie” Imhoff’s passing. He left us peacefully on July 31, 2026, surrounded by family and friends at the age of 90. Born on May 21, 1936, on Canada’s East Coast, Bernie moved to Red Rock, Ontario, in the 1950s. There he built a fulfilling life based on hard work and deep love for his family. He spent many wonderful years at Stewart Lake during his retirement-a place that held a special spot in his heart where countless happy memories were created with loved ones. Bernie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Those who knew him will remember his kind and generous spirit. He welcomed everyone just as they were with compassion and respect. His quiet strength and gentle demeanor left a positive impact on all fortunate enough to know him. Bernie’s spirit lives on through his family, friends, and the many lives he touched with kindness and love. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A Celebration of Bernie’s Life will take place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Red Rock Canadian Legion. Family and friends are invited to come together to share stories and honor the amazing person he was.
